What this map can and cannot tell you
This is a static discovery preview for one trusted project. It does not inspect a running session, resolve semantic conflicts, or include system prompts, skills, MCP, thread/account instructions or extra environments. Set the budget, fallback names and root to match your setup. A later file is added to the chain; it does not erase an earlier file.
Folder import treats the selected folder as an explicit project root. The CLI detects the nearest .git marker, including nested repositories, and skips symlinks with a warning. Browser folder pickers do not expose symlink metadata. Global files are only read by the CLI with --global.
